Refund, Resend and Returns Policy

 

Eligibility for Refunds or Returns
Returns or Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Clear photos or videos showing the issue are required.
Delayed Delivery
Orders exceeding the maximum estimated delivery time (based on the shipping method chosen) by more than 10 days are eligible for review.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items.
Items returned without prior authorization.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error or defect.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable
